Staying Positive

Things that have gone right lately. My attempt to be a more optimistic person.

I will post every day, at the end of the day (or the next morning), about the good things that have happened to me in that day. The hope is that I will begin to be generally happier and more positive, rather than focusing on the negative as I tend to do.

Good things that happened today:
1. UC-Boulder called. And offered me a highly competitive two-year fellowship. The lady almost literally said, "If there's anything I can do to get you to come, let me know." *dances*
2. Lunch and cuddles with Jason!
3. Woke up next to Jason.
4. Got all of my work done for today (as well as some that I needed to catch up on from yesterday), so I had time to go to...
5. Dickens reading group! Yay for toast and tea and Dickens and AMINALS!
6. Chocolate chip pancakes at breakfast.
