Staying Positive

Things that have gone right lately. My attempt to be a more optimistic person.

I will post every day, at the end of the day (or the next morning), about the good things that have happened to me in that day. The hope is that I will begin to be generally happier and more positive, rather than focusing on the negative as I tend to do.

Good things that happened today:
1. Successfully researched something that no one (myself included) thought I'd be able to find anything on at work.
2. Saw Jason.
3. Doctor's appointment, which I was expecting to be hideously expensive, only cost me $30.
4. Yummy meringue cookie. And it was only fifty cents!
5. Root beer jelly beans.
6. Went looking for books for Paul and Maggie's new baby on amazon.com and recalled several old favorites.
7. Actually did some French reading!
