Staying Positive

Things that have gone right lately. My attempt to be a more optimistic person.

I will post every day, at the end of the day (or the next morning), about the good things that have happened to me in that day. The hope is that I will begin to be generally happier and more positive, rather than focusing on the negative as I tend to do.

Good things that happened today:
1. Had a nice dinner at a fancyish restaurant.
2. Wandered around a fun bookstore.
3. Cuddles.
4. Played some Zelda.

Just thought I'd let you know that your blog inspired me today. To see that you have been keeping track of the good things that have happened to you for over a year just made me feel a little bit more hopeful. It also served as a reminder that I should stop dwelling on the sucky things about my life and count my blessings more often. Thanks a bunch!
