Staying Positive

Things that have gone right lately. My attempt to be a more optimistic person.

I will post every day, at the end of the day (or the next morning), about the good things that have happened to me in that day. The hope is that I will begin to be generally happier and more positive, rather than focusing on the negative as I tend to do.

Good things that happened today:
1. Posted in my knitting blog. Am all excited about FINISHING my VERY FIRST PROJECT! :) Also excited about starting the next project.
2. Was at Jason's last night and today. It's always nice to chill with teh BF.
3. IMed a bit with Kayo today. I hadn't talked to her for AGES!
4. Made another editing pass through the paper. Some bits still need minor cleanup, but most of what is left is more major stuff (therefore stuff for which I need to go through the book or take a full day) or stuff on which I need my teacher's clarification. Still need to go over it thoroughly one more time to ensure that I have plenty to say when I meet with the professor on Tuesday...
5. Went to Staples and got another box of those pens I love. I was almost out and I didn't know that there was a Staples around here, so I had thought that I'd have to do without for a while.
6. Played botgames in the Rinkworks chatroom.
