Staying Positive

Things that have gone right lately. My attempt to be a more optimistic person.

I will post every day, at the end of the day (or the next morning), about the good things that have happened to me in that day. The hope is that I will begin to be generally happier and more positive, rather than focusing on the negative as I tend to do.

Current stress level (scale of 1-10): 2

Good things that happened today:
1. Chinese food at my favorite restaurant. And I brought home enough for dinner tomorrow!
2. Talked to Jason. (No, not codependant, have no idea what you're talking about.)
3. Visited my favoritest used bookstore ever and bought a book (James Herriot's Every Living Thing) and socks -- they have OFFICIAL SOCKS FOR THEIR BOOKSTORE, how cool is that?
4. Had a very laid-back day.
5. Got stuff sufficiently unpacked that my room/the apartment doesn't resemble a disaster zone.
